Refund Window and Eligibility
You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 60 days of your first payment. You do not need to prove a connection issue or explain why you stopped using the service. Eligibility is determined by comparing the account's first payment record with the ticket submission time. If you have questions about the recorded dates, please explain them in your ticket.
VPNNV offers monthly subscriptions and data plans. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while data plans remain valid until used and never expire; these billing rules do not change the refund window. Renewals, additional data plans, or mid-cycle upgrades do not reset the first-payment date. For multiple orders, list each order and amount you want reviewed.
Usage Records and Special Circumstances
Normal connections, testing routes, or partial data usage are not by themselves grounds to deny a no-questions-asked refund request. This policy sets no separate data-usage threshold and does not limit refunds by device count; VPNNV allows unlimited simultaneous devices.
Requests submitted after the refund window following the first payment are not covered by the no-questions-asked full refund commitment above. No refund is due for an unpaid order, a canceled payment, or an amount that has already been returned. If a payment succeeds but the user panel has not updated, check the payment record first rather than paying again.
If usage exceeds the plan allowance, there is a dispute over account activity, order ownership is unclear, or a payment is disputed, the relevant data, account, and payment records must be reviewed separately. These circumstances do not determine the refund outcome based on a label alone, and this page does not introduce any unstated deduction standards. See the Terms of Service for account rules. The basis for handling the case and any additional information needed will be explained in the ticket.
How to Request a Refund
Sign in to the account associated with the paid order, open User Panel Tickets, and submit a refund request. Include your username, order ID, plan name, payment method, payment date, and the amount you are requesting back. If you cannot find the order, you may attach the payment transaction record to help locate it.
Keep only the transaction ID, amount, date, and necessary order references visible on payment documents; you may redact personal information unrelated to this request. Do not include your account password, full subscription link, wallet private key, or recovery phrase in a ticket. An email address is not required to activate the service, and you do not need to provide one on this page for refund correspondence.
After submitting your request, check for replies in the original ticket and provide any requested information there. If information is missing, the order review may not be completed yet; submitting the same request again does not replace providing the missing details. Keep the original request and related replies so the request window and handling process can be verified.
Refund Routes and Payment Methods
VPNNV supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Refund processing begins with a review of the original payment record. Alipay and WeChat orders are generally refunded to the original payment method. If the payment provider cannot process a refund through the original route, the reason and next steps will be reviewed in the ticket. You will not be asked to make an extra payment before a refund can be processed.
USDT transfers are handled differently from refunds to the original Alipay or WeChat payment method. For a refund by transfer, verify the original transaction, currency, network, and receiving address in the ticket. Do not assume that the address used to send the payment can receive a refund. If the transfer came from an exchange, first confirm which receiving method is available. Any amount calculation or network fee must be explained and confirmed in advance; this policy does not set an exchange rule.
Checking Refund Status and Related Policies
Submitting a refund request, completing the order review, having the payment provider accept the refund, and receiving the funds are separate steps. The arrival time depends on the review progress and payment provider; this policy does not promise a fixed number of days. Refer to ticket updates and the transaction record in the original payment account. For USDT transfers, also check network confirmations and the receiving account record.
If you receive a notice that the refund was processed but cannot see the funds yet, add the search results to the original ticket and ask for the refund receipt or transaction ID to be checked. A change in plan status alone does not confirm that funds have arrived. See the Plans page for billing information and the Privacy Policy for account information handling. This page does not add further details about prices, data allowances, or the refund window.
