What to Prepare Before Submitting a Ticket
Connection & Route Issues
Include your platform, the region and route type shown in the client, when the issue occurred, and what happened: whether you could not connect, websites would not load after connecting, or an app showed an error. Attach a screenshot of the error and say whether the same issue occurs on other routes. This helps identify whether the cause is the client settings, route, or destination service.
VPNNV supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. For installation and subscription import instructions, see the quick start guide. Do not include your full subscription URL, account password, or other access credentials in a ticket. Hide them in screenshots, too.
Billing & Refund Issues
Include the plan name, order status shown in the panel, and payment method. If you are asking about a payment, provide enough information to identify the transaction and hide unrelated personal details. VPNNV accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT and offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for application details.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. When reporting a billing issue, specify whether you have a monthly subscription or a data package. See the plans page for full pricing.
