Choose routes by use case for cross-border access

Compare route types during evening peak hours

When connections slow down in the evening, changing the region alone may not reveal the cause. Your local network, international links, and the destination site can all affect performance. VPNNV offers IEPL dedicated, relay, and direct routes, so you can compare how each works for your needs. Test the destination service during your usual busy hours, then check whether pages load, videos play, or work requests complete consistently. Route type is a way to narrow your choices, not a guarantee of fixed speeds. If performance varies, keep a backup route for the same use case and check your local network and client settings one at a time.

Global routes, browse by region

VPNNV covers 120+ countries / 220+ routes. The examples below show common regions and route types to help explain how to use the dashboard; they are not a complete route list. Refer to the user dashboard for city details. The streaming column is a prompt to verify availability, not a claim that every video platform works from a given region.

When choosing a route, start with the service you need to access, then consider the region. Everyday browsing, cross-border work, AI tools, and gaming have different connection requirements; a nearby location is not necessarily suitable for every use case. For your first test, compare routes using the same local network and destination page. Change one setting at a time to better distinguish route changes from client configuration changes.

Route status displays are for reference and cannot replace testing the destination service. Connecting to a route and completing a task are two different checks: test files and pages for work, join an actual game session for gaming, and open the content you want to watch for video. If you run into connection issues, follow the troubleshooting steps in the FAQ or submit a dashboard ticket with the selected region, platform, and error message.

Client & Subscription Access

VPNNV supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get clients and subscriptions from the user dashboard: sign in, then find the option for your device platform. Client download access depends on the active plan shown in your dashboard; the marketing site does not host installers or public subscription information.

The client and subscription serve different purposes. The client uses connection settings on your device, while the subscription loads route information provided by the service. In the dashboard, follow your platform’s instructions to import the subscription, then choose a region and test the destination service. If the client is already installed, check whether the subscription is up to date before reinstalling it. When switching devices, get the current subscription from the dashboard instead of using an outdated local configuration.

For your first setup, start with “Quick Start” and follow the steps for your account, plan, subscription, import, and connection test. No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Account setup and plan selection are separate steps, so check your order and plan status in the dashboard. If an error appears during setup, save the exact message to make troubleshooting easier than simply saying “it doesn’t work.” Don’t share your password or full subscription information publicly.

Monthly Plans & Data Packs

Monthly plans suit regular use, while data packs let you pay for usage as it comes. VPNNV monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date; mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. When comparing plans, consider how often you connect and what you do online, then check the data allowance. Unlimited simultaneous devices does not mean unlimited plan data.

For light browsing and occasional access to international sites, consider a lower-tier monthly plan. If you use work and study tools alongside AI web apps, estimate your actual usage and compare a mid-tier plan. Video and frequent file transfers call for closer attention to higher data allowances. These examples are only a guide: they don’t translate a data allowance into a fixed number of viewing hours or guarantee it will meet everyone’s needs.

“Best value” compares the per-GB price of the monthly plans listed above. It does not mean this is the best choice for other billing options or every individual’s needs.

Data packs: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Use until depleted; never expire.

For occasional cross-border access—such as a focused period of research, temporary collaboration, or intermittent study—a data pack lets you use data as needed without planning around a monthly reset. Data packs never expire, while monthly plan data resets each month; make sure you understand the difference before choosing. If you connect regularly over the long term, first see whether a monthly plan’s allowance fits your usual activities, then compare it with a data pack. Don’t base your decision only on the data used in a single session.

Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT, and the refund policy allows refunds within 60 days. The full plans page lists prices, data allowances, and billing terms together so you can check each one before opening the dashboard. Before placing an order, confirm the plan name and order details in the dashboard. For more information, see the Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Submit support requests through the ticket portal after signing in.

Route Selection & Setup Guides

Understanding your use case before changing settings is usually more helpful than repeatedly switching clients. Our guides cover route selection and setup for specific needs: developers can learn about API exit locations and timeouts, desktop users can explore global proxy and rule-based routing, and international students can compare access needs before and after moving abroad. These recommendations explain what to check; they don’t override platform account rules or present one route type as the answer for everyone.

If you’re troubleshooting a specific issue, the FAQ organizes answers by account, connection, speed, and billing. If you’re comparing services, the buying guide discusses route types, billing, device limits, and refund terms together. Keeping reference material separate from setup steps makes it easier to follow the configuration process and return to the right documentation when you need more detail.
